48 hours before
Final checks of the 3D design, material lists and vendor timings. Fabrication and floral orders are confirmed.
24 hours before
Stage structure, truss and lighting rigs go up first. Décor and fabric draping follow.
Event morning
Fresh flowers are installed, tables are set, and sound and light are tested. The catering team starts preparation.
One hour before
A full walkthrough with the client and a final briefing for every team member.
After the event
Our team clears the venue carefully so it is handed back clean and on time.
